I would have to of course get all the feathers off and put a Mysis Shrimp on the hook. ;)

Both of us have had ours for a while and both are the wimpiest fish in the tanks. If a fish nips at them they don't defend themselves and they've never shown any aggression. A lot of people have the same experience which makes me believe their aggressiveness may be gender related or something.

I dont know if its been mentioned but you'll want to get a quality angle food for him. They need to have sponge in their diet.

What's considered good Angel food and sponge? I have a little bit of sponge in my tank.

I've had mine for nearly 2 years. He's doing great. I currently have 3 dwarf angels total, and none nip at any of my 60 different species of coral! I've had them all well over a year.

And, while I have a sponge or 2, mine does NOT need any sponges to eat.
He does nip at some algae in the tank, etc.

As has been said, the dwarf angels are considered more reef safe, but they do differ.
    I'll ber he'll be fine.
BTW, I only feed my fish New Life spectrum pellets- the sinking ones,
and weekly feeds of an awesome frozen food called 'Limpits Reef Buffet'.

I think he's in my avatar too

I just got my first flame a month ago and it's a 50/50 deal with them. beautiful fish and really add a touch of personality and color to a tank. however mine loves to nip at my Kenya tree no matter how much I feed it. that doesn't bother me since that coral grows like a weed and I don't want to remove it so he's keeping it pruned. And I caught him on a few occasions on my acro but seems like the polyps retract quick enough and the crab living in it chases the flame away lol.

Some large angels are believed to eat and benefit from sponge in their diets but I don't recall it being proven.
A varied diet of algae/plant and small amounts of enriched and/or highly nutritional meats is recommended by me.

So far the Angel has yet to even touch the Mysis Shrimp I put in the tank. He been poking around the rock, but I have yet to see it mess with any Corals.

Did you witness it eating at the LFS (if that is where you bought it)? I only ask as they can be difficult to get eating prepared foods. What size tank is it in?
