Great. Thanks. No herbivore fish in my tanks. Just 2 clowns and a hawk. Would the macro grow faster under my fuge light than t5s?

Red macro tends to grow much more slowly than most of the greens, and reds generally prefer dimmer lighting. If the light is too bright, you'll see it start to fade and go more brown.

Awesome! Great than. I have it with my mangroves now to let it get pretty and huge. It has been on a rack under the light the whole time and stayed red. I will show growth pics if it does get huge.

Now is there a way to cut the plan to grow it else where?

So I put that macro in the sump and forgot about it. Basically the same lighting as the display tank for easy coral transfer.

It went from pure red to an amazing design.

Almost silver/teal with blue and more red shapes cover the leaves and this looks awesome! It spreads really easy too! I "fragged" it 3 times before I left it down there and now I have 3 nice bushes about the size of medium gumballs! I bet under a more red spectrum it would take off.

No zoos died in the growing of this algae lol.

It came on a stag horn which it smothered but I only paid 4 bucks for it anyways!

It's hard keepinnthe hair algae tame around it without rippin of the cool stuff and I can let snails touch it haha. Probably not tangs either :/ ill find out when I put some with mine.
