I've done the first dose for flatworms and need to add 50% more, and my cocoworm seems rather shriveled now. I need to add more medicine, and want to make sure this won't kill the cocoworm.

Fish, corals, snails, and crabs seem ok.

I put the worm in a separate bowl with some tank water and about 20% fresh saltwater. He came out right away so I think he's ok.

It's been about two hours since the flatworm eXit went in and the cocoworm is out, but his fronds are clenched tight. Should I do a 25% water change? I added a good sized amount of carbon.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I would.

A lot of times inverts look absolutely horrible after treatment and rebound. A Coco worm I am not sure could even survive a mild treatment.

Did you remove as many FW as you could before you treated?

I did not. I didn't have very many flatworms to begin with even after blasting my rocks. I will do a water change and try to skim what parts of the sand I can with the siphon. My tank is only 24g and it's packed with live rock so reaching the sand bed requires some maneuvering.
