So after some good help in the ID section, I went out and bought some flatworm control by blue life company. I dosed my tank and the directions say it's "exceptionally fast". and to do a 25% water change after seeing results as dead flatworms are "toxic". It also tells me not to remove carbon for dosing so I left my filter going. My question is how fast is exceptionally fast. It says not to dose more than once in 24hrs. So I was expecting to see these tiny things like shrivel up quick and just do a water change tonight. Will I see these things shrivel? Will they fall off the glass and not be seen again? Will I have to re-dose tomorrow and is this tipical? Sorry for all the questions but I have never had to dose my tank with anything before.

i used flatworm exit.if its anything like it then yes you will see them shrivel up dead and fall off the glass within minutes.the dead worms are bad for the tank so do a water change and try to get most of the dead worms out.

A Six or Twelve line wrasse will keep those things under control for you. Along with bristle worms, nuisance snails...etc.

    Every tank needs one...

Don't know about the chemical you're using, but I used Flatworm eXit and it works as the label states. I used PraziPro when I couldn't find FE at first, and it did not work. The FE works. Maybe you should get it and go with that.

Wrasses, but if they are well fed they won't touch them. Some times I let my three wrasse go a day or two with out food to get them to eat my nudis. I had not seen one in a while then kick up my feeding trying to get rid of a cloudy eye on one now I have been tweezing off nudis for a week. Might let them get a little hungry again. :) (with in limits)
