Florida lr vs. fiji lr

    florida rock is dense heavy stuff not alot of big holes in it but i have 90# of it going in my 90g tank along with 30# of tonga shelf rock

    I have about 10 pounds of florida live rock in my 40 gallon and love it. I wouldn't want to cure it myself, but I waited for the LFS to cure it and didn't have any major problems with it at all, and it's really pretty in the tank. I'd recommend it if you can pick it out yourself but maybe not off the internet, just in case that does come with a lot of bad hitchhikers, then you're stuck with them.

    As far is hitchhikers, he want's the rock dead and dry already! so there wouldn't be no hitchhiker problem, now the surface are is where the difference is, Florida BR is no match for the Fiji base
