flow exit rate for a 150 with

i need to know the exit rate for a 150 with duel corners with 1 inch piping,so i can go an get a newreturn pump to match it,so i can start my new build ,going from a 75 to a 150 reef ready 72 x18x30 cant wait,any other advice is wellcome ,thanks john ps picked it up for 200 ,build my on stand an canopy

 

Buy one that has a rate of 10 times the sump's volume at 4 or 5 foot head depending on how high above the pump the water will return.
