Flow in BF tanks

Flow has alot to do with your corals as well. SPS love a higher flow around then and tend to grow thicker stalks and tighter patterns when they are subjected to a strong flow. I have approx 4600 gph worth of flow in my 180. 3600 from the closed loop and 1000 from the sump. believe it or now, I have two dead spots in the back corners of the tank. I am about to get a pair of small powerheads to point down into those areas as they tent to build up fish poop.
