Im trying to decide on my return pump for my sump. (http://www.3reef.com/forums/refugium/different-flow-question-60049.html

I know I will Loose some flow going thru them, But how much exactly,? or is it neglagible?

Thinking Mag 9.5. I have a 1 inch drain, with a 3/4" return. I think that should get it done with a little extra I can drain off and return to the fuge..

    Let me know.
    Thanks

Basically that chart means that, for instance a 1" diameter 90* elbow is equivalent to 2.5 feet of straight pipe. Hope that helps, if not msg me and I'll see if I can help. If you want you can send me what your system is like and I can try and figure it out, I do this work for a living so I should be able to do it (hopefully lol).

If I remember correctly you should add 1' of head for every elbow.
