    okay i have another question is it okay to leave my pumps and filter and skimmer on all the time to keep water flowing or should i turn them off every now and then

    I would leave them on all the time, unless you have a reason to turn off

    Would you like it if every now and again someone turned off the oxgen in your home??? Thats what it would be like for your critters. ;)
