I have a quick question. For last 4 years I had 90 gal. reef and 6 months ago I upgraded to 125. Everything is doing pretty good. I have a lot SPS, LPS softies, 3 clams. I have 3 Koralias 1200, but my water turnaround from sump is only 450g/h. Total for a tank is 4000g/h. Is there a rule how much water should go from sump? I have skimmer in sump <295g/h> run carbon with Maxi-Jet1200, have fuge with 100g/h flow. What you guys think? Thanks.

I think what you have right now its good, i would keep it how you have it, maybe put up another powerhead to catch some deadspots, but other then that. sounds like you know what your doing.

I stick with no more than 3-5x the display volume for my sump flow depending on the size of the sump. This keeps the velocity down in the sump so I don't have microbubble problems in the return flow which can be a problem even with baffles.
