    I don't know.. I checked picks on internet. Color is close but they are really like cotton ball and mine is more solid " material"...

    I was thinking more liek a red cyano bacteria. That crapalways grew on dead lps skeletons for me

    Definitely not Cyano. That algae you guys referring to is more like branching type. Can't find enything close...This looks like when you cut piece of red material and put it on the stick in windy weather..waiving like a flag....I'll keep looking. Thanks
