I discovered Flux a few days ago, and it works for me. Last night I was online before bed, and Flux was active and it made the monitor easier on my eyes.

The dev's of this program claim daylight (6500k) effects our sleep if you use your computer before bed. This app lowers (warms) up the monitor for you automatically.

Since everyone here is Kelvin savvy, I thought ya'll might like this.

I used this for about 6 months, and it was very good. I felt like I got tired just using the computer while it dimmed over the course of an hour. My sleep cycle went from chaotic to extremely regular, down to the point where I turned off the computer every night at midnight, and was asleep by 1:30 nearly exactly.

Then about a week ago, I reinstalled Windows and not this program. I dont get tired using the computer late anymore, and its starting to affect my sleep as a whole.

All in all, if youre indoors on a computer a significant portion of the time and end up with no natural time signals, this is most definitely the program for you.

Nice, I'm glad to hear others have used it and have had positive results.
