    HM Digital TDS-3, TDS-4TM or new AP-1 series are all good choices for less than $25 most places.

    I store ATO water in a covered 23 gallon Rubbermaid Recycling can equipped with floats switches and a solenoid valve that control my RO/DI on and off. The water change water is stored in capped 5 gallon clear drinking water type jugs or the dark blue cube shaped camping jugs at walMart in the outdoors section, they stack nice in an out of the way corner.

    I don't store water but my wc container is a Rubbermaid storage bin.;)

    What if something strange happens and an immediate water change is needed? I always have some on hand!

    Tap water can be used in an emergency.;)
    Having two tanks eliminates most of the worry for me as I always have 120 extra gallons in my frag system.8)
