Food food and more food

So i read some people mix foods then re freez them dose any one mix 3,4,5 foods selcon garlic. And then just pop it in the fridge? Also what other vitamins should I be adding?

It is a nice way to go and makes feeding much more strait forward. When you do it be sure that you de-thaw the foods in a fridge. If they get above fridge temps you cannot safely re-freeze them. As far as vitamins, garlic is a good way to start to attract fish, but a good source of amino acids will help keep them healthier. Brightwell makes a product called Amino-Mega that works very well.

 

Now what about not re freezing keeping fregerated

It probably wouldn't be good for more than a week. You can freeze it thin and flat in freezer bags. It makes it easy to break off a small chunk every time you feed.

Also what do you feed to a mixed reef anything and every thing. How long will it last frozen

We make it in huge batches and because it never fully thaws it doesn't get liquidy enough to freezer burn and lasts for at least a month.
