What would be a good sinking meaty food for anemone? Krill just floats up if the anemone doesn't catch it.

Fully extended the diameter is about 3 inches, the tentacles are 3/4 inch or so. I will go with the silverside - thanks. Do I need to debone the silverside?

naturally they would take fish and then regurgitate the parts they cant digest
but de boning saves them the bother and I would do that and also skin any shrimps/ prawn I fed also

place the food in the anemone...very gently place it on the tentacles and wiggle it around a bit (like a fish swimming) that way it wont float off

Perfect. I did that with my Condy. A half of a silverside a week. It wasn't really necessary, as they are self-sufficient in proper lighting. It was fun to watch though. My boy took to feeding it in fact.
