For my 55 gallon display I have bought 2 Seio prop 1000gph powerheads. I also have my return line supplying 700gph from my sump. Should this be a good amount of flow to keep most corals happy.

You should post what type of corals you plan on keeping. MOST CORALS dont count considering most corals have diff requirements for light, flow, and neighbors. The more info you give the better answer you may get.

+1 Bubble corals like low, VERY low flow whereas some acropora would be happy in a category 5 tornado. What do you want to keep?
