for people with nano's...a skimmer review

Well my hubby got the rio nano skimmer. It is a good skimmer for a nano. Most nano skimmers are not good but within 2 days the rio nano started foam skimming and liquid. Very little tweeking was required. This is a really good skimmer and only $39cdn. I was quite shocked myself, I figured it would be a waste of money. It's a hang on and even has an insert carbon area with their own carbon inserts. Really cool, thought I would let everyone know.

 

i saw that skimmer for sale and thought it looked like a copy of a prizm skimmer which i have now.i may pick one up for my girl friends smaller tank.

 

I've heard similar results (and seen) from these. The only good nano-skimmer IMO.

The ones that nanotuners has for the AIOs are garbage
