I have a clown fish with Brooklynella. He is in my qt and according to my research i should use formaldehyde to treat him. Has anyone done this and if so what method did you use? Is it just regular over the counter formaldehyde i can get from a drug store or do i need a special marine formula?

Google Formalin MS and buy a bottle of it if the fish has time. It's 37% formaldehyde and safer than trying to mix/cut your own down to the right dose.

Already have if you look at my previous posts under asap. I know for a fact that the fish has Brooklynella. It has taken one clown out already so i watched it from start to finish and know its Brooklynella. He is also a wild caught so this is common

Thanks reefmonkey. Ive been looking for that product and cant get it around here (or within a 4 hour drive) and to buy online i fear i dont have enough time. Do you know is it actually formaldehyde(like over the counter drug store kind) that if i could find that i could mix it down with salt water? I really want to save the life of my fish and it may be my only option.

Nevermind. Should have read the link from Corailline and it would have answered all of my questions. Sorry
