forum shortcuts for Mac users?

    This is kind of a trivial question, but with my pc, I used to be able to just hit alt + s in order to submit threads and send pm's

    does anyone know if there is an equivalent shortcut for a mac. I just got mine and am trying to adjust to all the differences. I am definitely going to need to watch a few tutorials lol.
