found a 14 inch bristile worm in my tank

    Excellent part of the CUC I have a much larger one than that. No need to kill it IMO.

    Wow thats huge how big do they get? I got stuck by one two days ago had to get tweezers and pull the hairs out.

    haha I think they are pretty cool. I had and 8" bristle worm in my 29g. But I think this is the biggest I have seen.

    Cool, how big is it when it contracts though :p

    They are a great part of the CUC as others have said. Even the big ones are not a problems, although, there are many species of bristle worms, and certain species can be. These are not common though, and this dosn't look like any of them to me. If a fish or dog goes missing, you may want to reconsider though :lol: j/k

    I wish i could have got a video of the other bristle trying to take a chunk of meat from my fire cleaner shirmp he wasnt to happy lol I think its about 3" full contracted it was searching for food.
