Found a bristle worm

    I have just found a bristle worm on a peice of my live rock. Is there a safe way to remove it? And should i even bother?

    leave it alone as long as you dont get to plague conditions they are a good part of a clean up crew just dont try and handle it they can give a good sting , some will say to kill it, but i have had them in my tank since i started and never had a problem w/them
