    I made my reef a double island. I wanted to bridge them with Tonga. I found a nice selection at a LFS I dont usually shop at. The rock had ALOT of sediment on it when they took the piece I wanted out. I have a very established 300lb reef. I think I am going to boil this piece in my crawfish pot. What do you guys think. I am scared of introducing something bad into my established tank. TIA

    are we talking shelf rock or branch?

    personally i couldn't find any branch rock so i made some diy rock that looked like it.

    Branch--and he had a bunch...8.99lb. I wanted this BIG piece, but it weighed 14.5. A little out of the budget.:)

    Yeah,it would be a nightmare to introduce anything bad in that big of a tank
