It'd be nice to see Vikings - Saints, but I'm getting my hopes up. If either of those teams makes it, I'll definitely be cheering for them.

Honestly, I don't really care about NFL. But, Favre is a total beast. I've been a fan of Favre since before I knew what team he plays/played for :D It's just really cool to see an older guy putting the hurt on people, and he's just a really likeable guy. And then Brees with the Saints can throw some awesome passes. He's one of the top throwers in the history of ever. I liked the Saints coming out and being really good this year, and when I saw Brees be more accurate than a world class archer on Sports Science, it sealed the deal :)

Oh, and here's a tidbit of info. I go swimming alot with my best friend at his grandparents' house. Well, Peyton Manning has a house just down the road they live on. And yes, you can definitely tell someone like Peyton "lives" there. It's cool to know that he potentially lives 15-20 minutes away from me. I should go trick or treating...or roll his yard...

uhhhh I dont know if any of yall realized this, but its impossible for the saints to play the vikings in the super bowl...they play this weekend for the nfc championship and whoever wins that goes to Miami.

No love for my boy Brees?

I think the Saints are gonna take the cake either this year or next. This is what happens when you have a team full of rejects, they eventually get there revenge.

Saints vs Colts in miami. Will be one of the BEST football games ever played IMO.

Yeah that proves my point of me not really caring for the NFL...:D As long as the Saints or Vikings go, I'll be happy. It's hard to pick who'd I want to go more...Brees or Favre...I like Favre...but I love QB's who pass alot, and Brees is one of the best throwers in the game. So it's tough. Oh well, as long as one of those two gets it :)

I am so happy the viqueens and favre choked.

This is my opinion on the whole favre matter as a person who has watched his entire career, most in GB.

I cannot stand favre after all the BS he made the Packers endure about retiring or not for the last say 5 years he was with the Pack.

As a lifetime Packers fan, it was hard to watch him play for us. He was so unpredictable and either spot on, or totally off. He choked for us too many times, and the only SB he won for us, we won it despite favre's hit or miss passing. There is a reason Desmond Howard was the MVP of the superbowl in 97.

After the retirement drama he held the pack under, then doing the same to NY and probably now again to Mn, I am so happy we don't have to deal with him.

I used to be a favre fan until he tried to come back and be the starter at GB after the organization told him he would be the 2nd string QB and that rodgers was our starter. Favre clearly has something wrong with his brain. I don't think he realizes the sport is a team sport, and he clearly has an ego issue. If he would not talk in public much, then I probably would have a different opinion, but every time he opens his mouth he contradicts himself and sounds stupider than the last time he made a fool out of himself by flapping his lips.

When he left GB, most hated him, when he left NY, more hated him, and now, he hopefully will retire after this year and stay retired. I hate to say this about anyone, but I wanted that injury in the saints game to end his career. He was so lucky for so long, being able to come back from all these hits, but at some point he has to realize that he can't play forever and he needs to stop.

Plus, as much as I hate to say it, he had his best season ever at MN this year, after having his worst ever season at NY. If Brett thinks he can play at the level he did this year for next season, he is sadly mistaken. If you hear his comments before the game this weekend, he said several times that he knows that he has played great this year, and he does not know how long he can keep that up. If he comes back, there is no way that he can go with only 7 INT's next year. Favre averaged around 16-18 or so over his entire career. Even if he threw 3 more picks I bet the Vikings would have been out of the playoffs this year. I gotta say that the Vikings were easily the luckiest team this season.

    rant off.....

The saints versus the colts should be a good game, but I suspect the colts will win.

woohooo!! I predicted the Vikings to win the Super Bowl, but I wasn't happy about it! I do not like Favre - he annoys me. And already he's feeding the media with his annoying-ness about whether he'll be back next year or not.

    Go Saints!!!
