    Any lighting that you prefer, is just fine. I've owned a few 36" fixtures quite similar to this one. They worked just fine.

    I say go for it. Hard to find a deal like that, and you never know-- you just might decide one day that you want to add corals.

    You might as well get this fixture here, its cheaper

    That would be more than sufficient for FOWLR. As stated it would work for coral is you wish to go there in the future.

    i was going to get this fixture but in reviews it states that it sits very low to the tank
