I just found him stuck. He is in perfect health but I feed them and I didn't see where the heck he was.. all of a sudden I took a look and he was stuck to the side of the pump! He's like 6-7" I shook the pump and he got loose.
Should I be concerned? Its never happened before except for an anemone which is now dead. I don't plan on getting another one so I didn't do anything to guard the slots. Its just a good thing I was there to catch what happened him and rescue him

usually if fish get stuck on pumps like that is because there is something wrong witht them.

although i do got to say that my foxface sometimes looks like he is stuck in something but he is just resting.

From my experience I have noticed that too. But I know there was a chunk of formula food stuck on the pump and I am thinking he was trying to get it and that's how it happened. (I REALLY HOPE)
He looks perfect and looked perfect before the incident.

I would be worried the fish is weakened by something. Keep close track of it.

When fish are weakened, they usually get sucked up, as said above. What strength koralia is it as they dont really suck that much and a 7" fish is pretty strong...

I've been watching him very careful ever since this happened and he seemed in PERFECT health. BUT this morning I just found him stuck to it again and this time I don't know if I saved him in time... he doesnt loo k good at all. Breathing heavy and his whole body has a big bend to it. Very sad

I have him in a hang on container. He is breathing and on his side but his body is bent in the shape of that dang hydor.
Should I keep the lights off for the day?

It would help keep the stress down on him. Try feeding him a little bit and see what happens. Soak his food in garlic if you have any.
