Foxface has EGGS on him?

What about Lymphocystis? Although the spots on yours are smaller, it kind of looks like what my trigger had.

 

Update on the foxface : some of the white '' eggs'' on the foxface seems to be gone, leaving behind a little dent in his body. i'm assuming the white thing is a parasite and it's feeding on the flesh of the fish? i saw the cleaner shrimp working on him just now and probably removed some of the parasite. any ideas what the parasite could be?

 

Don't want to get off topic but isopods are like giant scary cockroaches, I would tear down my tank if I had one. back to topic If you're sure it's a parasite try a reef-safe parasite treatment like kick-ich.

i would like to identify the parasite first before dosing my tank.. i'm hoping the cleaner shrimp can remove all of it?

1) white and round like ich spots, but it's 3D
2) feeds of the flesh of the fish

any ideas?

IME ich can be 3D

 

but do they leave obvious dents on the fish after they're gone? it's like scars on the fish , little round scars

update on the foxface : the white spots are on and off and it's many many spots at a time, right now i notice there are some greyish patches on him. like the skin is torn showing some flesh or something.

But it does not look like ich wounds at all? it looks like a longish patch of grey .
