    The white spots look like Ich to me. When my fish had it, it looked like grains of table salt stuck to the fish and that is how I have always heard it described. Ich is not 2D.

    +1 to ich. i know you dont think it is but if its just ich and its gone by now, hes eating and the wounds are healing then you got LUCKY! foxfaces get ich relatively easy and it looks like your cleaner shrimp may deserve a treat! good luck adn keep us posted!
