No prob and good advice on the seaweed sheets my friends foxface loves nori. I would try that even better if you soaked it in garlic.

I'm pretty sure its gonna die. The mottled thing I know about. I know the fishes behavior and it isnt acting normal. I usually soak their food a few times a week in garlic and the seaweed sheets I give them have garlic in it. I've had the fish for a month. It adjusted.

DAng its proly going through alot of stree. Sorry jhawker but i think he shouldnt put it in QT. that big move will put it in way more stress then it needs already. If that foxface is that bad then i would work with it in dt. mho

He was having a hard time swimming and looked like he just wanted to rest against a rock and not have to use energy to move. Instead of putting him in QT I took the net and put him in it and just put it against the glass so he wouldnt have to move and the other fish cant mess with him. I woke up this morning and took a look at him and he is stil breathing. He still looked pretty bad though. I was gonna end his suffering but when I grabbed the net and moved it he started swimming, which showed me much more life than what I had expected so I put the net back and let him be. I'm gonna continue to check up on him. But if I cant get him to eat then I dont think hes gonna last very long.

I had the same thing happen to my foxface. Had him for a couple months, he seemed normal. I fed him mysis, flake and seaweed. He ate well. Then one day disappeared, found him behind a rock dead. Do you have a grounding probe? I checked my voltage after that happened and It was around 9. I got a ground probe and now its at 0 and my fish seem to be more active. I hope you can save him
