    Well if it has a Stoney base it def isn't a zoa/paly. Trumpets/CC have sweepers that mostly come out when lights are off. I'd leave it be for awhile.

    since posting, i was able to feed the little bugger twice with concentrated zooplankton. he caught it in a feeder tentacle and moved his mouth toward it, and away it went.it has also been knocked off the rockwork, but seems content on the sand bed in less flow, still waiting on my gf to upload those pics:/

    It does look like a trumpet. One in bad shape, but seems to be recovering.

    the first of those last three pics looks a lot like my lobo when it is searching for food. The last of the last three pics looks a lot like a tiny plate coral. It's a cool little coral either way. I really think it looks like some kind of open brain though. Really a lot like my lobo.
