I will be setting up a 11G Frag tank(grow out) and splicing it into my main system which holds 75-80G or water volume. my question is how many frags could I get away with putting in my frag tank with out having issues? Rack I ordered can hold 200+ frag disks would this be over kill? System will have strickly zoas and nothing else.

I haven't set up a frag tank, so this is purely speculation.

If your frag tank is plumbed into your current system then you should be able to add as much coral into the frag tank as you want, providing you compensate for the increases in Ca/Alk/Mg consumption through dosing etc. Adding coral a the frag tank thats plumbed into the main, would just be like adding a coral to the main display (parameters wise).

You would also have to have sufficient lighting on the frag tank etc, but you would already know this.
