I guess this would be a DIY, if not someone that knows how can move it..

Bristleworms may be OK for a tank, in low numbers, etc..
I don't like them, and know for each one I see there's more I can't..

I take a piece of live rock, with no corals on it.. BUT with plenty of holes thru it for B/Worms to hide in.. A piece as big as your fist more or less..

I place it over or near where the worms are.. I use a turkey baster to
inject some food, shrimp, etc. into a couple of the holes.. not much..

    Then lights out..
The next morning at lights on, the worms hide in the rock..
I remove it from the tank, and place it in a plastic bowl of RO water..
I count to 60 slow.. Shake the rock.. You will not belive what comes out of it.. The rock is still good, so I place it back in my tank, till next time..

I've done this a few times with no die-off from the Live Rock..
    Works for me..

    Later, Larry

Great idea. When I have a Bristle worm in a piece of LR i don't have coral on I run it under scalding hot water and they come squirmin out pretty quick.

Good plan!!! I myself had just tried snatching on off a piece of Lr with a turky baster...
Turns out the worm was smarter than i thought. Soon as he felt the water suction he scurried back into the Lr lol
