    That is like saying Acropora eating flatworms, Montipora eating nudibranchs, or Red Bugs are harmless based on size.


    Correct identification based on number of legs is impossible. Asternia reproduce by lateral fission.

    I collect them from the glass and put them in the sump. Does anyone know of a reef safe fish that would eat them???

    harley shrimps eat em, but once it exhausts its food supply you need to keep feeding them stars... an expensive diet...
