    yep I do both the winter time is slow in the special events industry, so I took a local job, but I think I'll keep it and let my hubby go back on the road. too hard to find people to look after my tank when I'm gone. I still own the company......

    I just picked up a Boston butt no thanks to you. I'll be firing up the smoker at around midnight tomorrow so it should be ready by racetime on Sunday. Oh, did I forget to mention how much I LOVE NASCAR ::) :lol:

    If it's half as good as the last one we cooked, we're in for a treat.

    Since Roger's been "down" I've learned how to work the smoker pretty well so hopefully, this bbq will be as good as the ribs I've been smoking since he broke himself :D
