Im gonna hold off on any fish that are aggressive or may become agressive until I upgrade. And since I want a hawk I guess the clown goby is out.

So how would this list be?:

    Midas Blenny

Pinkbar Goby (and pistol shrimp too)

    2 Zebra Barred Dartfish

    Longnose Hawkfish

Like I said, borderline on the Midas Blenny, but he may be ok. I don't know about the Zebra Dartfish, as they do get to be 4" long as well. If they are ok, I would add them first.

However the Hawkfish will likely try to eat/kill the dartfish once it is full size. Not a good choice IMO.

Then they may be ok as mentioned. But as he mentioned, an Assessor and/or a Possum or Pink Streaked Wrasse would be great as well. I have a Yellow Assessor in my 28 and he is quite the little fish, always swimming upside down ;D

That should be ok, but now you are bordering on too many fish! Goby, 2 Dartfish, Blenny, and 2 Clowns...may be one too many fish. Clowns would have to be last either way. My only question would be if the Clowns would be too aggressive for the Dartfish or not.

Well according to Scott W. Michael & Live Aquaria, they tend to fair better in groups or at least two. So I think your better off either going with the 2 of them and forgoing the clowns, or vice versa.

I would definitely choose clowns over the dartfish. I think clowns are much more interesting in their behavior and colors.....just my opinion.
