I'm doing away with all the Vynil Tubing and going with PVC. I gave up due to all the stupid little "twist" issues I was running into.

So I spent the better half of the morning drawing up what I wanted and then the wife took off to Lowes to pick it all up. (man I love my wife!)

I'll get some pix up here when she get's back, I was mostly wanting till 12 rolled around so I can start fishing off my Budweiser before it gets too late today. Today is the last day of my vacation, and at 4 the kids get home and go directly to the sitters house! hehe

Yea, we have a major list of things...

    Birdsnest
    Clam
Hammer Head (i have 3 now, but they are white - I want some green)
    Clove Polyp
    Torch
    Frogspawn
    Galaxea
    various zoa's

Mostly gonna start with small frags and let it grow out. We are thinking of putting in a few small bits of egg crate and just using them for now - till we can really find the rock that we want. Most of the rock we have is all mixed and matched and not really something I want in my main setup. While it's good in the cubes, just not something I want in this one. lol

    Ugg...
    First flood...

I was testing the new setup I installed and got a cell call. I was worried that it was gonna flow over from the tank so I unplugged the return pump....

BUT, since I was using a stupid lil hose for the return, I forgot to pull the hose out.. So, 3 gallons went on the floor from the sump.

NO MORE CALLING ME WHEN I'M PLAYING WITH MY TANK! lol

Pics soon, as we are done with the plumbing for now. I'm gonna get some sand put in and throw some shrimp in to boost the cycle.

Welp, I'm at work today (damn the man!) so I'm not getting to work on anything with the tank...

But, the wife took these pics for me so I could get them uploaded:

U'll notice I used a T at the back... At first, I was just using a standard 90 degree but I had some major gurgle noises so I went online and was reading about using the T which lets' air in from the back. So I did this, and now it's SUPER freaking quiet. I love it. BTW, not a fuge yet - we are just using a 15g at the bottom as a sump to keep the water level constant in the display. Fuge will be later.

Oah yea, I took the 12k MH and put it over the 24 aquapod . With all that spare PVC, I figured I might as well use it some how....

The light just turned on, so it's not that bright yet.. But you can get the point. ;)

Welp, I'm off at 8pm today... When I get home I'm going to start getting the egg-crate ready to put in the tank.
