Tank is currently in the MONITOR status...

All livestock has been moved out. Here is how it looks today.

Last test done, this morning, shows everything perfectly in order. The only thing that is a little low is the Calcium.

Anywho, now we wait till this clears up. I have done two 80% water changes in 4 days now. Still no reduction but atleast I'm not over-ran with pods anymore. Seems their numbers have gone to normal.

    site is working good:
    Aquarium Lighting

After spending the past week trying to figure out what happened.... Apparently one of the rocks I introduced to the tank (pre-curred) was more full of life than I expected. I had a major bloom of pods and at the same time the algae bloom started. Algae was due to the lights, apparently I would turn the lights off at 9pm and my son was turning them on at 6am when he got up for school.

    Lesson learned.

Cool, you figured it out. I have my 30 on a split timer, only on when the wife and I are here guess it might mess with the fishes but I want the lights on when we are here and not at work and such. Two days and two nights for them. Its a fish only tank so it shouldn't hurt em.

With the assistance of BC219, I have my over-flow box and return pump being sent to me in the next week.

    It's about time! lol
