Hey guys, Looking for a little help... Looks like my Frog Spawn Mouth is turning inside out or something like that... They were all really really heatly and now they are starting to not look so hot... I have been doseing to get my water specs up to where they need to be....

    Sal 1.025
    PH 8.2
    KH 9.3
    Cal 350
    Mag 1500
    Temp 78.3

I think my Cal is a little low and my Mag a little high and I am currently doseing to get my Cal up...

Here is a Pic of what one of them looks like!

    Thanks
    Cole

It's doesn't look all that bad to me, but I could be wrong.

You say you are "dosing". Is that just for the calcium?

Also nitrate levels might be helpful for us to know.

How long has it been this way? If not for very long then maybe just give it some time.

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I would not be that concerned looks alright to me.

The mag is a little high, but not a concern, nor is the Ca level anything over 350 or a little under is fine.

What are you using to bring up the Ca?

I am not a huge fan of purple up.

At this point I would wait for the two parts to show up. Rely on water changes to supply the needed Ca, mag, alk and strontium.

My guess is that it's expelling waste. Maybe it decided that some part of it wasn't healthy or wasn't growing correctly and what you see is the coral ridding itself of this unwanted material. (just a completely uneducated guess)
