I have a couple buds of Frog Spawn and an emerald crab. The crab has been in the tank now about two weeks. I recently relocated the coral from my rock to the sand below because I noticed the coral came dislodged from where it had been. All that being said I saw the crab reaching into the coral today. Is he eating it or picking off something else? I never noticed this before.

Probably going after food in there. Watch it to see if it is removing flesh.

Another quick question...my clowns are tending the coral, but do I and how would I feed it?

They are real hard to feed by you, they seem to get what they need from light and whatever is in the water. Watch the coral if your clowns are hosting, they don't always take well to the clowns hosting.

Thanks! I will keep a look out. Not related to the coral but do i have to worry about the crab going after the small red star I just got? One of its legs looks chewed up. I only have the two clowns and a goby.

If your crab is smaller than a half dollar coin you should be good with the coral the star on the other hand, not so much. You can target feed your coral new brine shrimp once every week or two with a syringe.
