I wake up this morning and check everything in my tank to find this. After taking some pics it almost got sucked into my Koralia! What can I do with it? It's just like a ball of frogspawn that showed up out of no where! I had frogspawn before but got rid of it due to me re-doing my tank.

glue or rubber band it down to some substrate, or put it in a low/no flow zone. the polyp bailed out(which is a bad sign). It needs to regrow its skeleton.

Yeah my tank was in horrible condition this past summer and I had to pretty much get rid of everything but the fish.

So it is ok to take it and and glue its bottom to some of my substrate? I feel like it will still be blown around even with it stuck to some little aragonite sand pieces.

Also, how long will it take for him to grow its skeleton? I mean is this pretty much a lost cause or will it actually live?

I'd say the chances of it regrowing aren't great, but, it's worth a shot... kudos to you, if it does! I think you'll want to have great water params and make sure there is enough alk and calcium, etc. so it can generate it's skeleton... also try feeding it...

try to find a small rock and glue just a small spot on the base(hopefully the glue will stick too it). most of the time its a lost cause but considering it survived this long it might not be that bad.
you basically need to find somewhere it won't get blown around.

Alright sounds good. I'll try it. Yeah now I do weekly 15% water changes, recently upgraded my lights to a TEK setup, and keep all my levels perfect because I am going to try SPS soon. So maybe it will be able to grow, don't know really.
