So in my thread i talked about my corals not opening for almost 2 weeks i came home tonight and found my frogspawn with something coming out of it.

Is it just waste even though it hasnt opened for 2 weeks?

    Yes.

I am sorry, but did you get the issue with your corals not opening resolved?

That particular coral looks very stressed.

Are you checking your own Ca/alk/mg?

Have you added new equipment like reactors?

    Changed bulbs?

I see a lot of skeleton on that Frog spawn.

    Dosing anything?

My Ca is at 540, Mg is 1320, and i dont have test for alk. I downgraded my lights from t5 to power compacts while breaking down my tank, I can see the frogspawn tucked away in the skeleton.
    I do not dose anything

Hmm I would get an alk, double check SG with a second hydrometer or better yet a refractometer.

I do not see a change from T5 to PC causing this.

Your Ca is high so I would suspect an issue with water chemistry.

Hope it turns around for the corals.

Brown Jelly disease kills Euphyllias quickly, looks like your has been lingering.
Just google images of BJD, it's very easy diagnosis if you know what your looking for.
If you really want to get to the bottom of this your need an Alk level and to figure out why your calcium is so high.

I do not see the characteristic glob of brown jelly in the images posted, that could have changed.
