    Thanks and be my guess (using the pic) it took a few tries but i was determined to show off the budding...there's actually like 3 more heads on the back too. I got excited lol this is the first new growth i've had in my tank thats been up for 5 months. Everything has grown but not actually grown new heads...with the exception of the baby snails i keep finding lol

    If you want i'll email you the actual pic its like 4 mb so i had to actually shrink it you can zoom in real close on the little head.

    Are those baby snails Collonista snails, look like baby turbo snails?

    I'm almost positive its a baby turbo thats what I have most in my tank.

    Yea that is about as big as Collonista snails get. Mostly nocturnal, harmless algae grazers, population will wax and wane as the tank ages.

    Just curious because I have heard others state baby snails when in actuality they had Pyramid snails and they can be an issue to clams and snails.

    I'll take a new pic to make sure...the last pic i took looks like a turbo by the markings on its shell...i saw the snails spawning and all this milky/smokey stuff was all over the tank so im sure they are just babies.

    i just noticed the same thing on my hammer...its neat seeing the teeny little replicas...cant wait to watch them grow into big strong adults lol!!!

    hey los looks like you did a good job saving everything in those plastic containers after the flood. instead of being stressed that corals thriving. :)
    is the new tank set up yet?
