Hello guys i need help with my frogspawn. It has 4 heads and today i saw that the tissue was dying and it looks all white. My salinity is low at the moment, around 21, is that why?? It has good lighting and medium-high flow. Please help!

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Low SG is where I would start.

Either do not top of with FW and turn off ATO if you have one, let evaporation take care of the issue. Or slowly (over the course of a day or two top off with a salt mix completely dissolved, make sure you are getting a accurate SG though, and do not attempt to fix the SG in a 24 hour period.

Ok thank you. I am not sure if we are doing it right, but we are making a few gallons of water and it will act as a top off/ raise the salinity. What should we make the salinity at to raise the salinity in the whole tank? Thanks!

I assume when you say 21. you mean 1.021? If so I would IME raise it .001 every day up to 1.025 ish.

    +1 to Cheryl.

if its at 1.021 top off at 1.022, then at 1.023, then 1.024, then 1.025.

Or just top off with 1.025 until the tank reaches 1.025. in your video i noticed the water level in your tank was low, how often do you top off?

Well One of the reasons I assure you.

It could be salinity location or light. Take it step at a time and youll find out which it is.
