I have a 3 gal saltwater with the Coralife 36 watt compact floursescent. i was wondering if this would be enough light (since its a small tank) for either the frogspawn or the hammer. Basically a coral novice so help would be nice.

It should be enough light (12 watts per gallon) so try it out!

while eupylia may look cooler under some actinics, the lighting you have is sufficient, be careful though, frogspawn and even some hammers can grow fairly large...
