My frogspawn retracts during the day when the lights are on but expands nicely at night when the lights are off. I only have PC-R lighting in a 29g Biocube, I have him up pretty high. Any thoughts.

PS: I also have a Hammer at the same height and he loves it.

It could just be adjusing to the light. How long have you had it?What kind of lighting was it under before? Has it always done this since you put it in the tank?

I have my frogspawn towards the bottom. It open's huge all day, and close's during the night. Maybe if you put it lower that will help?

My frogspawn is close to the bottom also, it stays open all the time.

I just figured with PC lighting it would need to be higher, just like my hammer
