    What kind of lights do you have? Where is it placed in the tank? You could simply get frozen cubes, defrost them in tank water (In a cup) then use plastic tweezers and put the brine on the frogspwn. THe brine should stick to it then the frogspwn will eat it.

    I have just stock bio cube lighting and it in the middle to lower part of my tank

    I don't feed frogspawn and it grows with no problems. I guess it just picks up what the fish don't!
