    i bought a frogspawn for my nano reef about 3 months ago. It is placed on the bottom and opens up the most with light/medium water flow. I use Rod's Food to directly feed and also add the essential elements. Since I bought the frogspawn, it already is growing two new heads! good beginner choice!
