So the fuge hook up and ready to be filled and work.

I left a good space for the pipe just to prevent any type of stress on it, any stress and the tank blows up

To prevent sagging like i said earlyer,a styrofoam sheet is used and works very well. I got the idea from a LFS that uses them all over so ...

It did sagg, 3mm with out the tank being filled up imagine

    Tank issues arise

Some tank issues as arise; for instance, my stalactite is burning, yes the top is. Since its not fully submerged the MH are cooking the resin and its smells and its looks too.

    So i'm tinkering....

    Where back to floating again

    Sanding

    One full tube of putty(epoxy)

    Let dry 24 H

    That take care of the level, now for the floating part;
an accrylic square rod cemented and with a putty joint

One hole tube of putty again

    Let dry 48 hours

    The return area

The return area and stalactite presented a special chalenge for a canopy

    I had to surmount this

Here you have the pod nursery

You can see the legs and the space allowed for the waterflow underneath the rock structure. Its catually more than i calculate. After much debate with my buddy who prone the use of less sand for better flow rate and less debris accumulation in the sand. Well the experiment continues...You can see in the next pictures the space underneath and the advantages of it.

Bravo! Great job - I can't wait to see this tank fill out down the road. Love the rockwork and the top notch wiring and plumbing. You went all out!

Thanks, i couldn't have a larger tank space wise, so i decided that i would have the best i could have for the one i could fit in there lol. I had some help too from my buddy a good coach too he sold me most of my stuff top notch quality items, from the skimmer to the controllers and the powerheads that i haven't shown yet. Still got a few slides in reserve here lol. The tank is officially opperating since September, so she's new but got some interesting features i haven't shown yet like an upsidedown growing coral, i'm doing great experiment i'm doing, on the stalactite.
