Frothy,Cloudy Water. help

    Thanks scuba ken, how about reducing them to 6 hours a day, I have gsp and zoas in the tank, where in the uk are you, im near birmingham,
    I change the filter sock every 3/4 days, pretty dirty by then,
    The foam thats left I cant reach, its on the bottom of the bubble trap, maybe I can put some ro water in trap to disperse the bubbles,
    My skimmer is skimming, dark yellow, skimate, but every time I change a sock or do anything in the sump I have to readjust the skimmer,
    Other then that its looking awesome right now.

    I'm just south of Newcastle, from Hartlepool, moved to canada and set up home here now, love the country, not sure about the weather ? LoL
    Skim mate won't be dark green/black / brown until there is a significant load on the tank, the more that's in there, the darker the skim mate, keep the bubbles as small as you can and the foam running as flow as you can get it.
