I have some Rod's Food - Herbivore Blend, Spirulina Brine Shrimp/Mysis and Mini Mysis. My question is how do you feed this frozen stuff to the fish and corals????:p

I defrost mine in aquarium water and then use a coral feeder to squirt it in the tank. Some people strain their food and stuff...I don't know about all that. I also turn down the flow on my filters so that the food doesn't move away too fast from the fish and pollute the tank. I'm not sure how to feed coral.

cool thanks. I have a green flower pot which is the only thing that i think "needs to be feed" but should i target feed him??? It seems that with a 14 gallon biocube i am already sort of "target feeding". Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, as always
