ive just read on another thread that the liquid that's used to freeze the cube has phosphates in it, is this true ???

also what else could i feed my fish on at the moment i use frozen shrimp brine, marine mix and marine quartet. there all frozen and im thinking its not going to help my water quality if im feeding this all the time.

    my fish are..

    yellow tang
    3 common clowns
    blue damsel
    foxface rabbit
    fire fish

Yes, pretty much. Thaw the cube out in RO water, pour the the water and food into a brine shrimp net to get rid of the water and then feed your fish. Brine shrimp it not a nutritious food for your fish unless it has been gut loaded with food before it was frozen. The others are good.

Reverse osmosis, a method of purifying your water. Most tap water has a lot of what we consider polutants for our tanks. You could use tap water in place of the RO water.
